Keenia Savannah is an artist and illustrator based in Birmingham, England.

As an introvert who gains more energy from her own ideas, Keenia has always gravitated towards creative ventures such as creative writing and fine art. Though she has not studied art formally since A-Level, creating art has never ceased to be an integral part of her life, ever since her doodles at the age of eleven.

She works in both traditional and digital mediums, though she has only been producing digital work since March 2018. If not experimenting with Procreate, Keenia enjoys using pen, watercolours, and gouache paint.

Inspiration for her art stems from many sources. From Greek statues of antiquity, works of digital artists like Kemi Mai, to spirituality and music. Her work deals mainly with the black female form, with the uniting concept of the circle which features throughout her work. However, it is still early days, and Keenia looks forward to pushing her creative boundaries and seeing how her style will continue to evolve.
